Delta 8 Shipping Restrictions

Due to state laws, ONLY our D8 products cannot be shipped to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.

Please note that as state laws change, states may be added or removed from this list at any time.

Also Please note that orders placed in states that are not legal may not be shipped and will NOT be REFUNDED due to new laws and regulations Exhale CBD Apothecary is not required to know laws in your states. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS BEFORE ORDERING.

Order Processing


We only process online orders during business hours. NO SHIPMENTS ON MONDAYS. If you have not yet received an email with your tracking number, your order is still processing. These emails are automated and will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout. Please make sure that you enter your email address correctly or you will not receive any email updates about your order.


Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at ExhaleCBDApothecary@Outlook.com and we will do our best to help you with a cancellation. We are unable to cancel your order if your order has already been processed to be shipped.


Expedited shipping

If you would like your order Faster, we offer Expedited shipping at checkout. These expedited shipping options are services provided by couriers that we use and they cost more than their basic services. These services include Priority, Express. & Overnight, which is either a 1-day or 2-day service depending on where you are located.

Please note that if you choose expedited shipping at checkout, this does not guarantee that your order will be processed faster than usual or ahead of other orders. 


Shipping ISSUES

If your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, but you did not actually receive the package, please contact the carrier as they may be able to locate the package for you. We can not confirm whether or not the package was actually delivered or locate the package for you.

Exhale CBD Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Correct Shipping Address at Checkout

Please make sure that your shipping address is Correct before placing your order. While we are able to make changes after your order is placed, we can not guarantee that your customer service request will be seen and the address fixed prior to the order being processed and shipped out.
 
We are not responsible for replacement or refund of any orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout. For this reason, we strongly advise that you double check the shipping address for accuracy.


P.O. Boxes

If this situations apply to you, please enter a shipping address that is not a P.O. box at checkout. If you do enter a P.O. box address, this may delay your order as we will need to contact you to get a new address before we can ship your order out to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.


Edibles shipped in High temperatures

Due to high temperatures across America and in shipping warehouses and trucks, it is possible that edibles in your order may be at risk of melting. If you are worried about the possibility of these products melting, Please dont order chocolates since We can not guarantee that these measures will prevent edibles from melting, but it can help reduce the risk. We are not responsible for refund or replacement of edible products that arrive melted. Throw in freezer to regain edibles structure.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our inability to resell any returned items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen you can file a claim with USPS and we will do our best to help you!
